El Mirador

Another very popular complex in Los Cristianos Tenerife, is the two Storey building “El Mirador” just a short walk to the start of the Los Cristianos promenade and surrounded by a great array of restaurants, shops and sports bars.

The El Mirador apartments were built by the well-known constructor Gomasper, who have been building on the island for over 40 years. The complex was built around 2003 and consists mainly of 1 bedroom apartments and there is approx. 20 two bedrooms. As mention above, it’s a two story building with ground-floor & top-floor apartments, all the ground floor apartments have large terrace / gardens with access from both the lounge and the bedrooms, and the top floor apartments which have a terrace again accessed from the lounge and bedrooms, but also benefiting from a large roof-terrace.

The El Mirador apartments consist of good size bathrooms, utility cupboard with washing machine and water heater, double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, fully fitted open plan kitchens, lounge / diners all accessing a terrace.

El Mirador is a very secure complex with all entrance´s locked, there has recently been an enter-com entry system installed at one of the main gates, making it easier for friends and family to visit. The complex is well-maintained with communal gardens, 2 swimming pools, kid’s pool and loads of sunbathing areas with sunbeds. There is also a large satellite dish on the complex which can pick up numerous TV channels and a water machine on site where you can buy water, instead of having to carry heavy bottles from the supermarket.
